15th August 2023 on the occasion of Independence Day. CDCL distributed national flags under Har Ghar Tiranga Yojana to its 200+ students.
A flag march was organized on this eve. The Independence Day flag march serves as a powerful visual representation of the country’s unity, strength, and determination, while also fostering a sense of national identity and belonging among its citizens.
Har Ghar Tiranga – It means “Every Home, a Tricolor.” The campaign urges people to proudly fly the Indian flag at their homes on Independence Day, August 15, 2023. It’s a way to show love for the country and celebrate our freedom. This campaign reminds us that every home can be a symbol of our unity and patriotism.
The Indian National Flag represents the hopes and aspirations of the people of India. It is the symbol of our national pride. Over the last five decades, several people including members of armed forces have ungrudgingly laid down their lives to keep the tricolour flying in its full glory.
